I have been banging my head on this for two days now. Every time I login in to the launcher and try to download the patch, it crashes. Things I've tried, Downloading the HW addon from the "my addons" section. All this did was increase the patch size from 3gb to 5gb. Clearing the cookies off my browser My game thumbnail is the new hw icon, the launcher still looks like it always has(I don't Update: a later patch failed, so I switched back to Google Public DNS, and it failed at the same place, so I grabbed a different public DNS server and used that and that patch completed.
